Vivian decided to join us on Saturday. My water was leaking and I went into labor around 3:30. Contractions were 8 - 10 minutes apart as we left the house, were 2 1/2 - 3 minutes apart as we got situated in Labor and Delivery and less than 1 minute apart by time they got me in the c-section operating room and ready for my epidural. She was born at 5:42 PM. All I have to say about that is: man that was fast and labor is NOT for me!

congratulations! vivian is a name we have been discussing also...i *love* classic girl names! can't wait to meet her.
