Sia's Spring Ballet Recital

Sofia's spring ballet recital was Princess themed.
Getting ready.

V had been sick so Grandma had to stay a distance away.

She practiced her curtsy for weeks beforehand.

Aunt Cori and Lila were able to make it too!

Visiting Grandma

Following complications from the survery, Grandma was re-admitted to the ICU on Monday. Yesterday, Friday, she was moved to the PCU which allows for child visitors. Today the girls and I stopped by for a little while.

Sofia had to put on her new fancy dress for the visit.

Sofia's camerawork

Grandma seems to be on the path to better health. Maybe they'll let her go home again soon. Chemo should start in the next 2 weeks.

Visiting Grandma

Grandma had surgery to address her cancer on March 1st. She went home in time for the weekend and a visit from us.

Sofia serenaded us on the piano.

Grandma

My mother was diagnosed with cancer earlier this week. Please create a CaringBridge account so you can keep up with her progress at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/nadineprocsal. You cannot view the site without making a login.

With the CaringBridge site we can keep everyone informed without having to retell the story all the time.

We have not mentioned anything to our girls yet so do NOT talk about it when they are within earshot. Thank you.

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa's house eating dinner and opening our first round of gifts.

After returning home, we finished preparing for Santa's visit.
