Yesterday Sofia spent the day with the new sitter, Vicki, and the other two kids she watches. They said they had the best time listening to Sofia talk all day long - while they were playing, while she was supposed to be napping, all day. Apparently at one point she had everyone in the house clicking their tongues.
She was supposed to spend Tuesday there too but on Monday she had a fever - we assume a reaction to the MMR or chicken pox live culture vaccines from her birthday shots. They said it would be 7-10 days if she had a reaction and it was right at 10 days when she started getting super fussy Sunday evening.
She won't go next week because the sitter's husband is having his ACL reconstructed today and Vicki will be playing nurse for the next week and a half.
Starting the following week Sofia will be going twice a week until I go back to work in August. Maybe I'll finish painting our house or get it cleaned or something!
