First, we had storm doors installed on the front and back of the house.
Then we had a patio cover added to the back.
We've talked about this since moving in.
Next, we had new counter tops put in the kitchen and replaced the linoleum/carpet/tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, utility room and front entry with new matching tile. We also had a tile backsplash added to the kitchen. After that was all done, I repainted the kitchen.

We also had the foggy windows replaced on the back of the house.
We are now officially out of money again.
For Part II, I'll finish painting the house (hopefully by the end of this summer). The computer room, halls and living room will all match with colors in the kitchen and computer room. Currently the beige in the halls now looks pinkish with the new colors in the kitchen. :(

awesome job on the house! i am sooo jealous of home remodels. the kitchen looks great, but i love the patio cover. i'm sure you guys are enjoying it.
WOW! It looks amazing! You have done a great job. As soon as I get things a little bit cleaned up here, we should do a tour of improvements! =)
ok i had NO idea you had done so much!!! where is the rock i've been stuck under?! :( i cant wait to come over to see the new digs!!
