I took Lucy to the vet this morning to get her teeth cleaned and mentioned that the vet needed to check out a growth on her belly again. (Dave took her in for this a couple weeks ago and was given meds then told that if it didn't go away or came back to bring her back in. The growth went away originally but goes up and down.) Well, they did a needle aspiration and found it contained cancerous cells. The growth was removed along with large margins around it and is being sent off to be analyzed. We'll get the results in about a week. The vet suspects it is a Mast Cell Tumor.
By the way, her teeth apparently were clean enough that they didn't need to clean them.
